I’m 100% responsible for getting the details right and delivering on time. There are no lawyers or layers of management between me and my clients, so it’s my reputation that’s on the line.

Hi, I’m Arvin Sahakian.
I’ve been a mortgage broker for nearly 20 years, so I’ve seen just about everything at this point. That means I can help my clients anticipate and avoid all sorts of problematic scenarios.
But more than that, I’ve worked on the sales side of real estate too. So I’m keenly aware of the time-sensitive nature of real estate transactions. And I know what real estate agents, underwriters, and escrow companies need at each step in order to get their jobs done on time.
When we work together, you’ll get the same resilience that helped me weather the storms of the mortgage crisis of 2008 and the compassion and vision that led me to co-found a software startup company dedicated to bringing emotional intelligence and efficiency into the mortgage lending process.
I’ll work quickly and efficiently to give my clients the best chance of success for their loan. And I’ll make sure the loan closes on time to secure the new home or to refinance an existing mortgage loan that will help my clients launch the next stage of their life as a homeowner.
Real estate agents and their happy clients are my #1 source of new business and I value each and every one of them. I’ll do anything within my power to make the mortgage experience a seamless one that will be unforgettable.
